Welcome to “The Life of a Film Critic: As Told by Shawn Edwards” an exhibit chronicling the incredible cinematic journey of Fox 4 News film critic Shawn Edwards. This exhibit celebrates the remarkable trek of a man who turned his love of movies into a career and a way of life.
As you experience the exhibit, you’ll explore the intricate details of Edwards’ professional and personal life. You will see the tools he used to create, write and produce with. You’ll get to see the movies he championed. You’ll get to see the people he interviewed. You’ll get to relive the amazing productions he produced. The exhibit is a time capsule of a self-made career by a man whose restless spirit, never dying levels of energy and unlimited amounts of creativity led to an unimaginable journey that took him from the streets of Kansas City, Missouri to Hollywood and back.
