4 days of Relational Transformation
Liberating Love is a 4-day transformational immersion designed for people who want real depth in their relationships — emotionally, somatically, and intimately. We work with the shadow, nervous system intelligence, Tantric nondual wisdom, ritual, and embodied intimacy in a way that is grounded, spacious, and genuinely alive.
Whether you are new to this work or already experienced with Tantra, embodiment, or relational practice, this container is crafted to meet you where you are — and invite you deeper.
No fluff. No bypassing. No performance. Just honest connection, brave inner work, and moments of beauty, play, and truth., delivered with depth, nuance, and soul.
Join us as we explore together how to become more liberated in love and relating.
THE RETREAT FLOW
Day 1
We begin after lunch and set the container for the coming days. We'll get to know each other, create group cohesion and break the ice with some games and play.
We'll start to dive into the foundational practices and tools that will support us for the journey to come, set our intentions and start to connect with each other.
Time: 2pm-9pm
Day 2
'Transformational Relating'
This day is focused on how we’re showing up in relationship, our perspectives and approaches to communication and our commitment to truth.
We'll look at relationship patterns, the shadow, conscious communication and being with our emotions with others.
Time: 10am-9pm
Day 3
'Devotional Love'
Here we explore the principles of the heart, how we can step into a deeper way of relating that is devotional and transpersonal
We'll dive into topics like devotion, unconditional love and healthy boundaries. We'll learn how to hold deep space for each other in a way that supports healing.
Time: 2pm-9pm
Day 4
'Sacred Intimacy'
Our final day we'll explore topics like desire, conscious sensuality and play. We'll explore what prevents us from showing up empowered and authentic, how we work with the intensity of desire and the polarity of trust and surrender. We finish with a final dance and celebration
10am- 9pm
What We’ll Explore Together:
The retreat weaves together various modalities, including:
-Shadow work & inquiry — meeting hidden patterns, defenses, and longings with presence through somatic shadow work and circle processes
-Somatic and nervous system practices — learning to stay regulated, open, and connected through the body to create safety and attunement
-Conscious relating & communication — practical tools for honesty, boundaries, and intimacy (mostly Authentic relating and NVC)
-Neo‑Tantric & meditative practices — to cultivate deep presence, explore polarity, devotion, and embodied awareness
-Ritual & group processes — To go deeper in non-ordinary awareness states
-Play, movement, and dance — Because humans learn and integrate through the body and enjoyment!!
All practices are offered with clear framing, consent, and choice.
This Retreat Is For You If…
-You’re curious about love and intimacy beyond scripts and roles
-You want real tools for relating — not just beautiful concepts
-You’re ready to meet your shadow patterns with compassion and honesty
-You’ve explored spirituality, embodiment work, Tantra etc and want a space to go deeper than you could in a shorter workshop.

No previous experience is required — and if you do have experience, you won’t be bored. If you're totally new we recommend trying our Thursday regular classes at Mystic Village to get a taste before signing up for the whole 4 days, as well as reading the PDF
