The Legal Tea: Nikki Chamberlain x WIL

We are thrilled to have Nikki Chamberlain joining our students for a special session of The Legal Tea!

We will be exploring her PHD topic "Remedying Mass Medical Device Harms: The Impact of Civil Procedure on Medical Device Product Liability Outcomes”.

This kaupapa will discuss the harms of Ethicon surgical mesh as a case study from a comparative perspective.

Nikki Chamberlain is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Auckland Law School. Before joining the University of Auckland, Nikki lectured Legal Writing at Vanderbilt University Law School in the United States. She received her LL.M. degree from Vanderbilt University. We are thrilled to have her join us!
