Join AIA Detroit, , and for a tour of construction progress on the historic Lee Plaza renovation! The 15-story Lee Plaza, originally opened in 1929, is being renovated to provide 117 new affordable homes for Detroit seniors. The project includes the restoration of the building's facade as well as the historic first-floor common areas.
