The Learning Unconference 2025 is not your typical event - it's an all-day gathering designed to empower participants like you to take charge of your learning journey.
What to expect:
Emergent learning: No pre-defined agenda. No keynotes. Just you, your peers, and the topics that matter most to you.
Collaborative problem solving: Engage in open discussions, share challenges, and co-create solutions with fellow learning professionals.
Idea generation: Spark creativity and innovation as we collectively explore new concepts and approaches.
Reflective practice: Take time to reflect on your own practice, gain insights, and refine your approaches and strategies.
The day will begin with us all co-creating the agenda. Through a gently facilitated process we work together to propose topics, questions or challenges we want to explore - then we'll shape the day's sessions around what matters most to everyone in the room.
Whether you're seeking advice, sharing experiences, or looking for inspiration, this event is your space to connect, explore and grow. Everyone is welcome - whether you're working in an organisation, as an external professional working with clients or even looking to move into the learning profession.

*Timings throughout the day are a guide only, due to the nature of an unconference elements can shift. We will however keep to the exact start and finish timings, to ensure you can plan your travel accordingly.
Venue for the day is Happy Ltd, near to Aldgate Station, Central London. Their bright and airy venue is fully accessible and has everything we need for an engaging and creative day!
Dietary requirements will be checked in advance and happily catered for.
About your facilitator:
Fiona McBride is a facilitator and learning consultant with over 20 years’ experience, including more than a decade as a freelance consultant. She works alongside organisations to develop their people and create impactful learning experiences. Her work includes the design and facilitation of team and leadership days, as well as larger-scale events like the HR Leaders Unconference and Facilitator's Unconference.
Bringing people together to explore and learn, share experiences and collaborate is what she does best. Fiona creates inclusive, energising spaces where real conversations happen and people feel empowered to take action.
