Join me for a book exchange for leaders who lead from what they've actually lived.
Bring a book that changed you. Not the most impressive one on your shelf — the one that made you stop, feel seen, and think: I needed this and didn't know it.
I'm not just talking leadership books, although those are absolutely welcome. Any category, any section of the bookstore. The only requirement: it changed you in some way.
I'm a book nerd with bookshelves that are chock-full — always giving recommendations, loaning copies, hungry to know what people are reading. This exchange is my way of bringing that energy into a room.
How it works:
👉 Bring a wrapped book: new or gently used, easy on the margin notes.
👉 We'll draw numbers and unwrap white elephant style.
👉 Be ready to share why you chose this book as a gift for this group. There will be stealing and swapping (house rules apply) and it's one of the best ways to start a conversation.
The exchange begins promptly at 6PM. Snacks and wine/beer/NA beverages are included in your ticket.
