The Last Yoga with Paulina in the Park

☀️Dear friends, as I checked the weather forecast it seems to have the last beautiful, warm and full of sun weekend at the very beginning of October. Therefore I want to finish Yoga in the Park season with the last Yoga practice at Parc La Fontaine.

Join me on Sunday October 5th at 12 PM (noon) in Parc La Fontaine.

Unfortunately I already have some plans for Saturday but I really hope I can see you all on Sunday!

📍 Meeting Point: The bridge over the pond (in the heart of the park)

🧘 Class Style: Open Hatha Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome, even total beginners!)

🚨 Weather Policy: If it rains, the session will be cancelled—and moved for Sunday, or a week after is Sunday's weather forecast is bad as well.

🎒 What to Bring: comfortable (but warm) clothes, yoga mat, water, and a smile!

PRICE: donation based (Grateful for $5-15 to support these sessions, but everyone is welcome regardless)
