After a year of running 12km every single day, this is the finish line.

This final run at Northwood Stadium marks the end of a challenge built to raise awareness for men’s mental health — where, on average, 12 men take their own lives every day in the UK. One kilometre for each man.

This isn’t about pace, performance, or being a “runner.”
It’s about showing up.

We’re inviting anyone and everyone to come down, get involved, and be part of the final miles — whether that’s:

• Running a lap
• Walking with us
• Cheering from the sidelines
• Or just being there to support

Expect a relaxed, community-focused afternoon with good people, conversation, and a shared sense of achievement.

This challenge started as a personal test. It finishes as a collective moment.
