Victor Baltazar is an award-winning director, actor, and creative force whose work spans gripping narrative films and raw, emotionally charged documentaries. With a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts from California State University, Fullerton, Victor has built a reputation for visual storytelling that captures intensity, resilience, and authenticity.

He has directed four acclaimed feature-length documentaries—14 Games, 48 Minutes, The Constant, and 4th and Goal—all of which have earned recognition on the festival circuit. His narrative work, including The Bookie, Infidelity, and The Tape Man, showcases a versatile, character-driven approach to filmmaking that continues to resonate with diverse audiences.

In 2024, Victor was honored with the RØDE Creator of the Year – Sports Category, recognizing his innovative body of sports-focused film work. His distinct visual style and ability to uncover powerful athlete stories have made him a standout voice in modern sports cinema.

As the founder of Danbrook Drive Productions, Victor merges artistic precision with a grounded, athlete’s discipline—drawing from his experience as a football coach and media coordinator. He also served as a Senior Creator at VaynerMedia in New York, leading high-performing branded content campaigns for DraftKings, Jimmy John’s, Fanatics, and more.

Fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to authentic representation, Victor Baltazar continues to challenge conventions, driven by a passion for storytelling that leaves a lasting impact on screen—and off.
