In 1963, the Larchmont Chronicle put out its first edition and began filling a surprising publishing gap in Southern California: one of the most affluent, most established and most historic residential sections of Los Angeles—Hancock Park—had no local newspaper.
The Larchmont Chronicle was an idea whose time was long overdue. Its success was immediate, serving a population of some of the most influential citizens in public life…citizens who have strong purchasing power…and who exercise it. The Chronicle reaches the residents of one of the most affluent communities in Los Angeles and the homes of many of the city’s major business figures.
The Larchmont Chronicle does more than provide a publication for the community. It is an integral part of that community itself. It has been an active force in local activities and a catalyst for events which provide citizens a strong sense of community identification. As such, the Chronicle has earned a loyalty enjoyed by few other publications.
Today, in its sixth decade of operation, the Larchmont Chronicle boasts one of the most impressive lists of advertisers. These advertisers have been in the Chronicle year after year for one very simple reason…their ads get results.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: With a focus on Sports, Entertainment, Media and Technology for 20 years, Andrew relies on his deep knowledge of the business and creative sides to create a unique approach to capitalize and strategically position the companies and teams for the future Utilizing relationships with global Family Offices and some of the largest teams, companies and decision makers, Andrew has facilitated the financing for some of the largest production companies and sports teams in the world. Technology is a space that threads through all of the different verticals, Andrew has worked on liquidity for founders and employees for many of the largest privately owned tech companies. Prior to coming to Wedbush, Andrew was an Institutional Consultant at both Alex Brown and UBS. His hobbies include making music, outdoor adventure, and soccer.
ABOUT THE CLUB: Founded in 1925, the Los Angeles Breakfast Club still thrives with food, friendship, and fun. Our meetings are held in our clubhouse, Friendship Auditorium, located at 3201 Riverside Drive, near the corner of Los Feliz Boulevard, in Griffith Park. Best described as a variety show, attendees enjoy a catered breakfast, silly songs, club traditions, and an interesting presentation from a guest speaker.
TICKETS: Sales on labreakfastclub.com close 48 hours before breakfast. Non-member tickets are $35 and Members receive a 34% discount when logged into their Membership Portal.
Please arrive between 6:45 - 7:00 AM sharp! Doors close at 7:15 AM. Your admission includes a buffet breakfast, enjoyment of our 100-year-old club traditions, plus a special presentation from our Speaker of the Week!
