At London Cardinals, the language of leadership shapes the whole meeting. Speakers explore what it actually sounds like to lead — from the vocabulary of vision to the tone of feedback that motivates rather than deflates. Table Topics puts you in leadership scenarios on the spot, asking you to make decisions, set direction, and bring people with you — all in under two minutes. Whether you lead a team, an organisation, or simply want to communicate with more authority in everyday life, this is an evening worth showing up for.
