New for summer 2024 is an exciting new twist on my mini retreats…Come and join me for the chance to spend a morning both on and in the water. A morning where you can invest in yourself, meet others and have some fun in the process.
Insight into the day:
For one day we have the chance to spend an entire morning on board The Lady Daphne, docked in Charlestown Harbour.
We will start the day below deck with a Breathwork and Yoga session.
Before heading down to the beach to take an invigorating dip in the ocean*
Once we are finished we will head back to the boat, where a yummy brunch will be ready and waiting for us to either enjoy on the deck or down below.
