The Kraken is one of the signature CSAUP (Completely Stupid and Utterly Pointless) events hosted annually by F3 Jacksonville.The challenge is a 17-ish mile route starting at Sunshine Park in Jax Beach, going south on the beach until Mickler's Landing, and then returning back to Sunshine Park via Ponte Vedra Blvd. Participants can bike, run, or ruck on the course. Along the way, there will be four pain stations. The exact exercises at each pain station are a surprise!
The start time for ruckers will be 6:30, the start time for runners will be 7:00, and the start time for bikers will be 7:30.
