The Knowing Room Experience (not just a workshop)

What do you do when you feel stuck?

You need a jumpstart.

Jumpstarts come from experiences: it`s why we go to movies, concerts, art. Something that shakes you from inside and helps you see clearly. The Knowing Room is one such experience.

This week, the focus is Fun.

Think of life as a report card across six categories : Family, Finance, Faith, Field, Fitness, Fun. When all run high, you feel fulfilled. In one year of running The Knowing Room, across decades of personal sessions, Fun is where people score the lowest.

So this week, we jumpstart it.

Play - to feel freedom again

Reflect - to see yourself honestly

Connect - to see yourself through others

Create - to practice freedom with your hands

Here`s what happens in a session:

You play the way you did at 5, before you learned to be careful. You create the way you did at 12, before you learned to be embarrassed. You say what you actually mean - the things you wanted to say at 15. You ask the questions you should have asked at 25. And you look inward with a depth you didn`t know you had.

This is for people who want change. Not someday. Now.
