The Kitten Lady Takes Texas! Fostering Bottle Baby Kittens & Puppies

With a growing need for foster homes, San Antonio Animal Care Services (ACS) received 980 neonate puppies and kittens combined in 2024 alone. This high demand makes your role as a foster parent more vital than ever.

Whether you're just starting your fostering journey or looking to sharpen your skills, this 4-hour event will equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and resources you need to succeed in caring for the most vulnerable animals.

Made possible by San Antonio Animal Care Services and Daisy Cares, this workshop will help you:

• Master essential care techniques for neonate kittens and puppies

• Build a fostering routine that works for you and your tiny friends

• Learn best practices for feeding, socializing, and ensuring their survival and health

• Stay confident and calm in the face of challenges

Drinks and appetizers will be provided, including delicious vegan and vegetarian options, so you can enjoy a light bite while connecting with fellow fosters.

In addition to the workshop, you’ll have the chance to:

• Shop with exclusive cat and kitten vendors in a mini exhibit hall

• Visit the San Antonio Animal Care Services (ACS) booth to sign up to foster or volunteer, and learn more about how you can help animals in need.
