About this Event
Sopes are a Traditional Mexican dish made of fried masa cakes garnished with a variety of toppings like beans and salsas. Chef Angel will explain the significance of this popular dish and demonstrate how to prepare them. Participants will get to sample the sopes.
**NEW REGISTRATION POLICY**
Due to extremely high demand, registration for Kitchen classes will be limited to TWO CLASSES per month, per attendee. Attempts to register for more than the limit will result in your registration being cancelled.
Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
Class size is limited to 24 participants.
Cost: $5. * We are unable to process refunds at this time.
NOTE:
- Each person attending will require their own ticket.
- Children 12 - 18 years old with a ticket are permitted to attend with a parent or guardian.
- Children under 12 years old are not permitted to attend Adult Classes.
- To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
