Join Chef Angel Luna Olivares as he shares his recipe and guides us through the process of making Cauliflower Al Pastor Tacos.About this Event
"Al Pastor" is a Mexican style of marinade featuring pineapple and cilantro. In this version, we will be substituting cauliflower for the traditional pork.
In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home. Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
Class size is limited to 24 participants.
Cost: $5. * We are unable to process refunds at this time.
NOTE:
- Each person attending will require their own ticket.
- Children 12 - 18 years old with a ticket are permitted to attend with a parent or guardian.
- Children under 12 years old are not permitted to attend Adult Classes.
- If you do not plan to eat taco samples in class, please bring a carryout container.
