💥THE KIDNEY FLOWERS
Glasgow based garage-punks The Kidney Flowers' furious live shows have earned them the reputation as one of Scotland's must-see live acts.
Initially formed as a duo, comprising couple Grant Canyon on Guitar + Vocals and Abigail A. on Drums, the band were eventually joined by Tog Miller on Bass in 2022.
The band's distinctive, raw sound owes much to the primitive, stripped back approach of drummer Abigail. A rookie to the kit before starting the band, Abigail taught herself to play drums after listening to 60’s garage bands on repeat. The raw and powerful beats are the driving force behind Grant's frenetic, dissonant guitar style, his politically charged, frantic vocal delivery and Tog Miller’s virtuosic, fuzzed out bass playing.
Championed by the likes of Louder Than War, The List and The Herald on Sunday, the band have been touring the UK relentlessly.

💥 SHA RIVARI
The 21st century synth punk band from Edinburgh– here to provide retrofuturistic riffs for the freaks of today!
Sha Rivari is Sara on drums, Stu on bass and Sha on guitar and synth. Their sound is deliciously dusty, nutritious and danceable. The songs cover a wide range of topics ranging from political pineapple to illusions on the internet.
The band was born out of Sha's solo lockdown shenanigans which culminated in the release of her self-produced EP Arrows in 2023 and a sold out release party. After causing a stir in the local scene Sha decided to turn the project into a band because it's more wholesome to play with others.
Drummer Sara previously played with Sha in garage rock band Coma Cat that they formed after meeting at Girls Rock School Edinburgh in 2018.
Sha Rivari has been busy playing shows in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle and is getting ready to do some recording later in the year.
