The Karma Class: Breathwork & Journaling

What to Expect:

1. Guided Breathwork: Lie down, close your eyes, and embark on a journey within. Our expert facilitator, Laura Bruno, will guide you through intentional breathing techniques designed to release tension, stress, and emotional blockages.
2. NLP Activation: She’ll utilize Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) cues and soothing music to activate your body’s innate healing abilities. This isn’t just about breath; it’s an opportunity to transform your life.

Journaling and Community:

Following the breathwork session, Andrea Sacco of You Empower Tomorrow will lead you through journal prompts to enrich your experience. You’ll have the chance to connect, share, and heal with a community of like-minded individuals.
