Caroline Lindén – Moderator

Caroline Lindén is an entrepreneur, speaker and event & community consultant with over 14 years of freelance experience. She started freelancing at the age of 20 and is currently building Caroline Curated Consulting, supporting companies with events, marketing and communication strategies that create growth and business value.

Born and raised in Sweden with Swedish as her first language, and with French, Gambian and English influences in her cultural background, Caroline brings a personal perspective on how language, culture and identity shape opportunities, connections and inclusion.

Anna Forsberg is an entrepreneur, leader and consultant with extensive experience in business development and innovation. As co-founder of myflow and Chair of NyföretagarCentrum Stockholm, she works to support entrepreneurship and new business creation.

Anna is passionate about how digital tools, entrepreneurship and new ways of working can help bridge language and cultural barriers, creating opportunities for more people to participate, contribute and succeed in today’s international society.

Emilia Rollan-Phillips – Business Events Consultant

Emilia Rollan-Phillips is a business events consultant with over 20 years of international experience within events, communication, sales and project management. Originally from Seville, Spain, she has built her career across countries, cultures and languages.

Through her own experiences of building a professional life in Sweden, Emilia has seen how language can influence confidence, belonging and access to opportunities. She is passionate about creating more inclusive professional spaces where people from different backgrounds can connect and grow.

Raisa Haikala – Founder of Snacka

Raisa Haikala is the founder of Snacka, a language learning app designed to support immigrants in their integration journey. She has lived as an immigrant in several countries, including China, Taiwan, England and Sweden, and has spent over 20 years helping adults navigate language and cultural transitions.

As a multilingual entrepreneur who speaks several languages and has learned many more, Raisa brings a unique perspective on how language can be both a bridge and a barrier – shaping inclusion, confidence and opportunities in the workplace.
