What is the Jellyfish Jam?:

The Jellyfish Jam is a non-stop, guided dance party for all ages, gender identities, and experience levels created by Allegra Preuss.

We move fast, slow, high, and low, to music from every genre for one straight hour. It’s sweaty, it’s joyous, it gets you out of your head and into your body~to connect with your creativity, your physicality, your spirituality, your body, and the Earth.

Meet Allegra:

Allegra is a performance artist, writer, yoga and meditation teacher, dancing medicine woman, and professional ceremonialist.

She was born and raised in Miami Beach and double-majored in dance and journalism at New York University. She is a 300hr trained yoga teacher with a specialization in restorative yoga and kids yoga. She guides meditations, hosts ceremonies, and writes poetry about the ever-shifting cycles of life.

She is the writer, designer, and artist of The Observation Deck~an oracle set of 44 cards to bring the mystical into the physical.
