Experience The Jazz Lounge, a monthly evening that brings live jazz into one of downtown Buffalo’s most distinctive spaces inside the historic Statler – The Rendezvous Room. Step into a world of timeless elegance and lounge ambiance — where every detail invites you to slow down and savor the night.

Surrounded by vintage décor, dim lighting, and the signature ambiance of the Rendezvous Room, guests will experience the artistry of jazz in a setting that celebrates connection – a place where music, conversation, and community flow naturally.

Let the jazz soundtrack your night. Each month, some of the region’s finest jazz duos, trios, and quartets will create an atmosphere that swings — the perfect complement to handcrafted cocktails and the inviting hum of the evening crowd.

For our opening night, we’ll feature the jazz lounge sounds of George Kane – guitar, Tim Clarke – trumpet, and Wayne Moose – acoustic upright bass, and special guest jazz vocalist, Cheryl Ferris.

More than a performance, The Jazz Lounge is a social experience — where music lovers, friends, and new faces gather to enjoy jazz in a relaxed, elegant, and unhurried environment. It’s the perfect setting for a date night, an after-dinner stop, or an evening out with friends — an experience that invites you to linger, unwind, and take in the warm, sophisticated ambiance of The Jazz Lounge.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, music begins at 7:30 PM, and the evening concludes by 10 PM — perfectly paced for an enchanting Thursday night in downtown Buffalo. Specially prepared charcuterie cups, available for purchase, pair beautifully with the evening’s cocktails and company.
