The January Ritual

Join Slater Studios as we welcome the new year with intention, presence, and purpose. This 50 minute Foundations Reformer class is thoughtfully designed to guide you through fundamental movements at a slower, more mindful pace. We will focus on alignment, breath, and control, allowing you to tune inward, reconnect with your body, and create space for clarity as you step into the new year.

Following class, we will gather for a guided vision board ritual, giving you the opportunity to reflect, set meaningful intentions, and manifest your desires for 2026. This experience is an invitation to reset, realign, and begin the year feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to what you want to call in.
