IT Desk is a podcast where comedians use their improvisational skills to bring humor to the often frustrating experience of tech support calls. In each episode, a comedian plays the role of a tech support agent while interacting with a caller (played by another guest) who is seeking help with a technical issue. The tech support agent must think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to the caller's problems, all while incorporating humor into the conversation. IT Desk is a comedic take on a common modern frustration that will leave listeners laughing and feeling relieved of any tech-related stress.
The live show returns with new fun and new hires of hilarious stand up comedians that will dazzle you with their stand up and then mystify you with their witty tech support that is improvised with professional improvisors as CUSTOMERS!
