About this Event

Rosemary Power specialises academically on the Hebrides in the middle ages, from a Norse-Gaelic perspective. She has recently published on Iona nunnery. She also writes for the general reader on local history, pilgrimage and art and spirituality. She is currently working on the proposed pilgrim route from Donegal to Iona in Argyll, linking where possible to likely early Christian and medieval paths. Among her books is The Story of Iona, published by Canterbury Press.
