During this workshop, we’ll cover:

• Investment Strategies: Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold, BRRRR, Ground-Up Construction and more
• Investor Funding: Fix & Flip financing, DSCR/rental loans, ground-up construction, commercial/multifamily and portfolio funding
• Deal Analysis: Purchase price, ARV, rehab costs, financing costs, holding expenses, profit potential and ROI
• Funding Readiness: What information you should have ready before presenting a deal for funding
• Risk & Stress Testing: What happens when rehab runs over budget, ARV comes in lower or your project takes longer than expected
