You do not need special abilities.

This work is about remembering how to listen to yourself.
The Intuitive Life is a three experience series designed to gently awaken intuition, deepen self trust, and support embodied awareness in a way that feels grounded, safe, and accessible.
Each experience stands on its own and can be attended individually. Together, they create a progressive journey that builds awareness, safety, and confidence from the inside out.

Meet Your Hosts
Kelly MacDonald
Kelly is the founder of Just Breathe 9D, a certified Nine Dimensional Breathwork facilitator, trauma informed coach, and Reiki practitioner. Her work is grounded in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and helping people build real self trust through the body. Kelly creates spaces that are supportive, steady, and deeply human, where intuition can be felt, integrated, and lived, not just experienced.
Jessica Batten
Jessica is an award winning Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of experience in the healing and spiritual arts. Her work weaves Reiki, intuitive and psychic guidance, Akashic Records, hypnotherapy, past life work, sound healing, and channeled support. Jessica meets each person exactly where they are, offering intuitive guidance rooted in compassion, integrity, and deep reverence for the human experience.
Together, Kelly and Jessica blend grounded nervous system work with intuitive and energetic wisdom, creating experiences that feel both safe and expansive.
This experience is not about becoming psychic in a dramatic or performative way.
It is about learning to trust yourself.
It is about listening to your body, your signals, and your inner knowing.
