At the 3rd Annual International Summit on Ending Gender-Based Violence 2024, Shamsa Mistry from the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association (CIWA) presented the Family Conflict Prevention Program (FCPP) — a culturally tailored initiative empowering immigrant and refugee women to build safe, healthy, and empowered lives in Canada.

The event was concluded on 30th November 2024, we concluded an impactful and inspiring summit with a series of powerful sessions and discussions. Highlights from the closing ceremony included:
