The Integration Ball is a gathering for people who want real conversation. Not small talk, not networking, the other thing. The conversations you leave still thinking about on Wednesday.

For our first edition we are setting the table for a Curious Tea, inspired by a certain Wonderland. You will find craft botanical tonics at the bar, a complimentary grazing spread, short talks on consciousness and what it means to actually live what we learn, and tables set with question cards designed to take you somewhere unexpected. When the bell rings, everyone moves down. New table, new faces, deeper questions.

You will leave having had at least three conversations you could not have planned.

What your ticket includes

Dress code, and yes, it is required

Come dressed for tea time. Sunday dresses, hats, gloves, waistcoats, pocket watches, gentleman's attire. Wonderland flourishes are welcome and encouraged. The only rule is that you arrive as someone who made an effort, because the room you walk into is only as magic as the people in it.

Who this is for

The curious. The ones doing inner work who want company doing it. The ones tired of surface-level rooms. You do not need any background in wellness or healing practices to belong here, you just need to be willing to answer a real question and ask one back.

Info: Doors open. Find the tonic bar, meet our featured tonic maker, and draw your first card at check-in. It holds a single question, and your only task during arrival hour is to ask it of one stranger. The grazing table is open, the light is golden, and everyone is dressed for tea.

The Welcome

Info: Your host April Bogle opens the evening with a few minutes of arrival breath and the intention for the night: real conversation, in a room built to hold it.

Info: A short teaching on consciousness, integration, and what it means to actually live what we learn. You'll leave with one question the whole room carries to the tables.

Info: The bell rings, exactly as the Hatter intended. Refresh your tonic, then find a new table. One rule: no one from your last table. New faces, deeper cards, and a paired share where your only job is to listen for two full minutes.
