In this intimate and practical conversation, Albiona Rakipi invites you into the heart of the PARR Process — a simple yet powerful framework for transforming how you show up in any relationship, not just with your children, but with your partner, your work and yourself.
Albiona will explore the four core reaction types that quietly shape our behavior in moments of stress, conflict and overwhelm. You’ll learn how to recognize your own patterns, understand what triggers them and gently dismantle the stories you’ve been telling yourself that no longer serve you.
Through real-life examples and guided reflection, Albiona will introduce the PARR Journal as a daily practice for creating space between stimulus and response — helping you pause, regulate and choose a more intentional way forward. You’ll walk away with practical tools to steady your nervous system, deepen your self-trust and respond to life with greater clarity and compassion.
This is not about fixing yourself or your child — it’s about learning how to meet yourself differently, so everything else can begin to shift.
