**This is a 5 week series held on monday nights at 630pm starting October 20th to November 17th**

This 5-week workshop combines the science of stress reduction with the art of sound healing. Each week is curated to guide you on a journey from tension to serenity, offering practical tools, immersive experiences, and community support.

The opening session sets the stage for the entire workshop. We explore the sources and symptoms of stress, including the physiological and psychological effects it can have. Participants will be introduced to the concept of sound healing, its origins, and the science behind vibrational therapy. Guided sound meditations with singing bowls and gongs invite you to experience your first moments of deep relaxation.

These last two sessions are designed on focusing on achieving a deep internal state of relaxation through sound healing.
