The Inner Compass Workshop at For Her

Join For Her for a 60-minute workshop designed to reconnect you with your body’s wisdom and inner truth. We’ll begin with a 30-minute mindful Pilates flow to ground, soften, and awaken the body. Then, we’ll move into a guided journaling and discussion session focused on deepening self-trust through intuitive action and reclaiming your voice.

You’ll leave feeling more centered, clearer, and more you with practical tools to support your continued growth, on your own terms. This workshop emphasizes embodied healing as a pathway to empowered living and will guide you in reconnecting to your inner compass to navigate life’s challenges.

Facilitator: Carolina Betancourt

Carolina Betancourt is a comprehensive movement specialist and Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience. She is a certified Level 3 Neuro Studio Practitioner, trained in neuro-based movement strategies that support healing and resilience. Carolina is bilingual and the proud mother of three children–two daughters, ages 19 and 11, and a 17-year-old son.
