Are you interested in exploring the deeper dynamics of Relationship in your family lineage, and how those patterns influence your own life and relationships? Are you at peace with your parents’ relationship, or do you wish things had been better with them?
Are you aware of how your parents’ ways of being with each other show up in your own love relationships?
A pattern that repeats in your own love relationships may be showing you an unconscious entanglement with something in your family experience. This workshop delves into the influence your parents’ and even grandparents’ relationships have on your current partnership.
Family Constellations are transformative processes that help uncover the hidden dynamics in your family relationships. They help bring harmony and understanding to stuck places where there is a childhood wish that something had been different. A Constellation can help free you from carrying the struggles that a family member or ancestor may have left unfinished, that really belong to them. The process can bring you more compassion and the ability to see family members in a new way.
Please arrive by 9:15am in order to be settled and ready to begin on time at 9:30am.

Minimum 7 participants required for seminar
Price: Early Registration through April 4th, $120 per person or $100 each for multiple family members
After April 4th: $150 per person, or $130 per person for multiple people from the same family
Please bring:
Lunch so you can save the time it would take to go to a restaurant
A drum or percussion instrument
Your completed family questionnaire
Your photo or sacred object for your introduction. We’ll use these to make an ancestral altar.
A journal and pen for taking down new insights

Since first learning about Family Constellations work, I've been curious about how unresolved issues in previous generations could impact my life. I began to see common themes and patterns that I could trace back through the family tree. After the group worked with my family constellation, I feel a weight has lifted. There is less anxiety and more space for forgiveness and compassion in my relationship with my mom. Going into the constellation I knew intellectually that the mother/daughter bond had been broken and painful for several generations, but the constellation allowed me to be a witness to that pain, and all the emotions that had not been acknowledged. I think the ability to be a witness, in a loving and supportive container, offers so much healing potential and is why this work is so transformative. Including my great grandfather in the constellation, since he had been excluded from my family, was also a huge piece of this. Welcoming him and including his presence allowed something to settle and come to resolution almost immediately. It was a beautiful experience!
