Stephanie Sinclair is a full-spectrum doula and the founder of How2Mom, a company dedicated to providing support, education, community, and guidance through every phase of motherhood. As an infertility doula, she offers emotional, informational, and practical support to individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, including loss. Through storytelling, she connects women via the and , sharing powerful stories of triumph, heartache, and hope. Stephanie lives in Cottage Grove with her husband, Brian, and their three children—11-year-old McKenzie and 7-year-old twins, Deacon and Brynley—each a cherished blessing from successful fertility treatments.

Dr. Amy Kohlmeier is originally from Ontario, Canada, Dr. Kohlmeier completed her undergraduate education at The University of Notre Dame where she was a varsity cross-country and track and field athlete. She attended medical school at Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherland Antilles and completed her OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. She then moved to Chicago to complete her fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. During her fellowship, she was awarded the Vivere Scientific Advisory Board research grant, as well as the Scientific Advisory Board of Prelude Fertility ASRM travel grant.

CCRM Minneapolis, led by Drs. April Batcheller, Stephanie Dahl, Amy Kohlmeier and Brent Hanson, is dedicated to providing patients with industry-leading quality patient care and outcomes. The facility is an all-inclusive fertility center with an on-site clinic, surgery center, IVF laboratory and clinical laboratory. All preimplantation genetic testing is performed by CCRM Genetics Lab.
