✨ This month we will partner with the Greater Boston NPHC and the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts - Young Professionals.
The Greater Boston National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) represents the collective presence of the nine historically Black fraternities and sororities across the region. Formed in 1971, the Council began as an informal coalition focused on strengthening community engagement in Roxbury and increasing HBCU enrollment among Boston high school students. Aligned with the mission of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the Greater Boston NPHC promotes unity, purposeful action, and collaborative leadership among its member organizations. The Council also serves as a supportive body for the Undergraduate NPHC at Northeastern University and for graduate chapters across the region on matters of shared concern.
YP-ULEM is a chapter of the National Urban League Young Professionals. This chapter is one of over fifty nationwide that supports the Urban League Movement through volunteerism, philanthropy, and membership development. YP-ULEM offers professional development, networking, and volunteer opportunities. Since its inception, YP-ULEM has hosted several professional and social programs ranging from the Homelessness and Hunger Awareness Initiative and Public Health Seminars to Political Forums and Financial Literacy Education. All of our professional and service programs are open to all people.
