This session is led by Dr Damon Young, founder of Pathways to Equity. Damon holds a doctorate focused on EDI policy implementation and enactment in organisations, with expertise in why inclusion strategies often fail to translate into meaningful change in practice.

His work brings together research, practical implementation, accessibility and equality law, helping organisations embed EDI and accessibility into policy, culture, decision-making and everyday workflow. The session is designed to be practical, relevant and grounded in the real challenges organisations are facing — not generic, high-level or box-ticking.

This is not a generic awareness session. It is designed to help organisations think more clearly, act more confidently and make practical progress on inclusion and accessibility.
