The Importance of Power Skills (formerly Soft Skills) in an AI World

Come join us at Pfizer Inc. and Speaker, St. Claire Gerald, CEO, Harambee Solutions for a dynamic event discussing the crucial role of power skills in today's AI-driven world.
With GPT-5, ChatGPT can reason automatically, switch between quick answers and deep thinking when needed, and deliver expert-level intelligence on almost any task. It’s state-of-the-art in coding, math, and multimodal benchmarks, faster than previous reasoning models, and more capable at things like frontend coding and writing”, said Nick Turley, Head of ChatGPT.

That is wonderful. However, successful supply chains are built on relationships, and leading cross-functional teams means more than technology and technical skills – it’s about listening, resolving conflict, strategic supply chain alignment, managing tradeoffs, and building trust.

During this session, we will enjoy networking, a presentation, and a lively discussion on globalization, tariffs, regulatory pressures, and the need to cut costs and grow revenues to global markets. In these situations, supply chain excellence or a lack thereof has the potential to make or break a company.
Discover how qualities like communication, adaptability, and problem-solving are more valuable than ever in the workplace. Network with industry professionals and gain valuable insights on how to thrive in this evolving landscape. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your professional development!
