Master Classes on New Infrastructures of Post-Pandemic Ministry

After more than two years of virtual, pandemic ministry, the religious community is striving to resume in-person worship and ministry activities. In doing so, ministers and church leaders are finding that their post-pandemic congregations are vastly different than they were before the pandemic be-gan. Churches and church leaders alike are now exploring new methodologies and models of ministry which will enable them to remain relevant in teaching and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Master Classes present information that is based on proven successes of the teacher’s ministry. As a student in the BGC Master Class, you will be afforded the opportunity to learn from a Master Teach-er’s ministry context as an example of what can and should be done in your church’s ministry. Each Master Class module will include a lecture, a sermon, a class, and a plenary which will offer ways to in-tegrate all aspects of ministry in one’s life, ministry, and service to the Kingdom of GOD.

• Master Class on Leadership & Followship: We are All Followers – The spiritual leader is one who never stops following. It is the willingness to be led that transforms followers into leaders. Church leaders must first experience being led before they can learn how to lead.

• Master Class on Discipleship & Stewardship: Good stewardship of God’s Spiritual Gifts as an essential of Discipleship to Christ. New models of leadership that strengthen volunteerism and ministry involvement within your congregation.

• Master Class on Friendship Evangelism: How to reach inactive church members (inreach) and un-churched friends in the community (outreach). New paradigms of evangelism that energizes and revitalizes both your congregation and community.
