The Hunters' story began way back in 2005 when British producer and musician Brother John met singer and songwriter Sister Chain in Berlin. The duo travelled Europe, bringing country to the city folk of London, Paris, and Brussels, with heart-melting duets by musical couples such as Johnny Cash & June Carter, Dolly Parton & Porter Wagoner, Roy Rogers & Dale Evans, George Jones & Tammy Wynette, and many more.
Since then, they have performed in numerous festivals and venues in the US, UK, the continent, and beyond, and have been joined on stage and in the studio by superb musicians. With time, they started adding original songs to their extensive repertoire of classics.
The Hunters present a varied program of country & western thrills: from the singing cowboys of the 30ies through the golden age of 50ies honkytonk and down to the nudie suit era of the 70ies. It's a fresh blend of old-time country with a shot of blues, a dash of rock n roll, and a sprinkle of western swing all wrapped up in a vaudevillian presentation.
