Join us for the October ‘Hunt for Scarecrows’ which begins at Leffingwell House Museum on Saturday, October 5, 11-3 pm. The Business sponsored Scarecrow Garden will be opened by the Crow & Cauldron Witch Dancers, ribbon cutting at 11:30, followed at noon by Proclamations from the City & State in remembrance of the Founding of Norwich. You can participate in a Hunt for Scarecrows in the Business Sponsored Scarecrow garden, with prizes and interact with visiting crafters to learn about the many crafts practiced by early colonists. Inside the museum take part in an I Spy Founder History Hunt, with prizes and Taste Pewter Pot Fine Spiced Chocolate. Museum tours $8. Both scavenger hunts will be available every weekend in October!!
