More than 80,000 students in San Diego County face food insecurity, often losing access to reliable meals when the school week ends. This interactive event brings that reality to life as guests are randomly assigned to high-, middle-, or low-income groups and served meals that reflect real-world inequality. It’s a meaningful way to better understand hunger—both globally and right here in our own community.
