The Humana Kentucky Derby Festival miniMarathon & Marathon is a long-standing tradition held every spring in Kentucky.One of the top 100 road races in the country, the Derby Festival mini & Marathon draws runners from 50 states and several countries, attracts more than 10,000 participants and is one of the flattest of the Boston Marathon qualifying races! The course features the sights of beautiful downtown Louisville, the historic Old Louisville neighborhood, and Churchill Downs, and MORE!
2026 marks the 53rd annual miniMarathon and the 25th run of the Marathon. It's the largest day of road racing in Kentucky and we can't wait to run again!
