About this Event

Let's bring together North Carolina’s HUB certified businesses, business leaders, policymakers, advocates, and community partners to examine the impact of eliminating the State HUB Office, understand what the change means for minority and women owned businesses, and build a unified strategy for what comes next.

What we'll leave with:

• Straight answers on where certification, contracts, and compliance stand today

• An adopted slate of legislative and policy priorities the business community stands behind

• A coalition structure with named leads, working groups, and a first meeting on the calendar

• A published readout, circulated to every attendee within two weeks

• A room full of business owners who each make three constituent calls within the following week

Before you arrive:

• Please fill out this short survey on how the change has affected your business, so the room starts with data

Hosted by the Collective, in collaboration with the Greensboro Business League, the Greater Durham Black Chamber of Commerce, the NC Coalition of Black Chambers, REI, and other partners.
