THE HOT SET SWAP
You’re getting a new fit, so let’s make a little room in the closet.
Bring any gently used or never-worn workout clothes you’re ready to part with. Post-class, we’ll swap, shop each other’s closets, and give those pieces a chance at a new life. Consider it a little activewear refresh - one fit in, a few forgotten ones out. And we’re keeping the upcycled energy going with KJewels’ upcycled charm bar + jewelry collection. Your ticket already includes a $15 KJewels shopping credit to use after class - so by girl math, your new jewelry is basically free.

BEFORE YOU COME
Leave your mat at home - we’ve got you. Please bring a mat towel and plenty of water.
This is a true heated class, with the studio reaching approximately 100°F. Please hydrate before class and take any necessary precautions. If you have a medical condition or other health concern that may make exercising in a heated environment unsafe for you, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating.
Come dressed so you can easily change into your 90 Degree by Reflex outfit before class - The Hot Set will be wearing the hot set.
