Schedule:
5:30 – 6:00 PM: Check-in, networking, drinks & bites.
6:00 – 6:15 PM: Welcome & format overview.
6:15 – 7:45 PM: Hot Seat rounds (8 minutes each, with rapid-fire solutions).
7:45 – 8:00 PM: Closing remarks & open networking.
