Hot Buttered Grits is an improvisational acoustic/electric Americana band from Eastern NC. Since 2005 The Grits have been serving it up hot & fresh in clubs, at deck parties, festivals and backyards. Each member brings an eclectic array of influences to the group for a truly unique blend of music that defies classification.
