The Hope The Fear is touching down in Newcastle as part of their UK tour celebrating the release of their 'Die Northern' EP! The Hope The Fear is the DIY alt/indie-rock project of Leeds-based multi-instrumentalist Alex Fletcher. Blending heartland rock with modern indie energy, his debut EP Die Northern explores the resilience and pride of growing up working-class in the North of England.
With soaring hooks, shimmering Americana textures, and cinematic production, Fletcher creates songs that are both personal and anthemic; music made for anyone who’s had to fight for their future and hold fast to hope.
