A night of ska, reggae & rocksteady music in Nottingham hosted by The Hoplites.The Hoplites bring a high-energy live show with an arsenal of percussion, guitars, and a full horn section. Their vibrant set of all-original tunes channels the spirit of first-wave Jamaican ska, aiming to bring that authentic sound back to festival stages across the UK.
Although a relatively new project, the band features veterans of the Nottingham music scene and have already played major UK festival stages, supporting the likes of Sonic Boom Six, Jeremiah Ferrari, and The Beat. The Hoplites' shows are guaranteed to get any crowd skanking.
