The Honolulu Dance Collection happening at HiSAM on Friday 9/10 and Saturday 10/1! This special two-day event was organized by Terry Slaughter to showcase the diverse talents within the state of Hawaiʻi in one location, the Hawaiʻi State Art Museum. Both nights will consist of performances choreographed by local, independent artists and dance companies from the state of Hawaiʻi with the intent of fostering a strong network of performance artists and providing audiences with a multifaceted dance experience. Performances will be connected to the Art in Public Places Collection of the Hawaiʻi State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.FREE + Family-Friendly
