The Entrepreneur Breakfast: The Honest Conversation: How to Really Support Your Team's Mental Health

Join us in person for a morning where great minds meet over breakfast. This is your chance to spark inspiring chats, share ideas, and unlock new opportunities. Whether you're starting out or scaling up, connect, learn, and grow with other entrepreneurs who get it.

In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure work environments, the wellbeing of your team has never been more important. This session explores how open, compassionate conversations can create safer, more supportive workplaces and why equipping people with the confidence to speak about difficult topics is critical.

The session also shines a light on the importance of embracing neurodiversity and supporting women in the workplace, recognising the unique challenges they may face and the value they bring to organisational culture and performance. Through inclusive dialogue, we aim to foster greater understanding, equity, and belonging across all teams.

Featuring a panel of three expert voices in this field, this event offers a unique opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives, and engage in honest, meaningful conversation in a safe and supportive environment. Meet the speakers:

Jess Rad is a National award-winning speaker and founder of The WomenHood and NeuroCurious. Winner of the 2024 National Diversity Award for Gender and recognised by The People's Honours 2025, she is a late-identified neurodivergent woman and Solo Mama navigating premature menopause, getting outspoken about the unspoken to create gender harmony.

The WomenHood partners with organisations to advance gender equity across women's health, financial wellness, neurodiversity, and relationships through impactful talks, workshops, and programmes. NeuroCurious creates spaces where individuals and organisations celebrate neurodiversity and foster allyship.

As an Ambassador for SEND charity Amaze, Jess amplifies the voices of parent carers whilst reshaping how society views neurodiversity.
